Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 or during special promotions within Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days but it may take upwards of 5 business days to process an order around Christmas. Packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and typical shipping times are 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA.

It's extremely rare to receive a broken jar as we pack our boxes very well. In fact, its only happened once. If one of your candles does arrive broken, please send us a photo right away and we'll have it replaced for you.
Yes, we care about the planet! Our packing materials are biodegradable, compostable, and eco-friendly, from peanuts to bubble wrap.

You should see a burn time of beteen 50-60 hours with proper use.
Each candle is approximately 10 ounces. Not including the jar itself or the lid. 10 ounces of just the wax. We have our jars labeled
Dimensions of our candle jars are 4" H with a 3.5" base. The diameter of the opening on the top of the jar is 3".
