Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to both Canada and the US. Please note that US orders may incur additional duties and shipping promotions (such as free shipping) does not apply to International orders.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days but it may take upwards of 5 business days to process an order around Christmas. Packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and typical shipping times are 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes. If you're in the Beeton, ON area and would rather pickup, choose the pickup option when checking out.  Once you place your order, email us at Tabitha@CandleCrave.ca to arrange a pickup day/time.  An appointment is necessary for pickup.

What happens if my order arrives broken?

It's extremely rare to receive a broken jar as we pack our boxes very well. In fact, its only happened once. If one of your candles does arrive broken, please send us a photo right away and we'll have it replaced for you.

Are your packing materials eco-friendly?

Yes, our packing materials are eco-friendly. We use biodegradable and compostable packing peanuts made from organic starch, eco-friendly bubble wrap, and environmentally friendly packing list envelopes.

How long do your candles burn for?

You should see a burn time of beteen 50-60 hours with proper use.

How large is the candle?

Each candle is approximately 10 ounces. Not including the jar itself or the lid. 10 ounces of just the wax. We have our jars labeled 
Dimensions of our candle jars are 4" H with a 3.5" base. The diameter of the opening on the top of the jar is 3".

We take your credit card and personal privacy very seriously. Our checkout process is secured by HTTPS/TLS encryption, ensuring all data remains private and secure. We also work with payment gateways that have the highest security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

Do you offer returns?

No, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you'd like to smell our candles before purchasing, we recommend visiting one of our retail partners.
