SHIPPING
We offer Free Shipping within Canada with orders over $100.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days but around Christmas, orders can take upwards of 5 business days to process. Packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited or UPS and typical shipping times are 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA.
Please note that US orders may incur additional duties and tariffs.
Shipping promotions (such as free shipping) does not apply to International orders.

* Please note that you are responsible for using your correct shipping address when placing an order. Additional shipping fees will apply if an order is shipped back to us due to an incorrect shipping address or if an order was not picked up from the post office.
PICK UP SERVICE
If you're in the Beeton, ON area and would rather pickup your order, place an order online and choose the pickup option from the dropdown menu at checkout. Once you place your order, email us at Tabitha@CandleCrave.ca to arrange a pickup day/time. An appointment is necessary for pickup.
